Edit for "Dog Tags."
The original panels are from the Mark Waid story "The Persistence of Memorabilia," in Captain America #600, wherein, shortly after Steve's death in Civil War, Tony buys his original Avengers identicard at auction for two million dollars. I edited one of the panels to show a (very roughly drawn) version of his dog tags, instead, and altered some dialogue from the previous page to place alongside it. Then I added "was it worth it?" as a callback to the heartbreaking scene in The Confession, along with a quote about love and grief, and some song lyrics about prices paid and costs, from a sad and beautiful Rush song.
